After years of trial and error (and a lot of late nights perfecting the details), we’ve dialed in tolerances that match factory quality standards.

From Mold to Finished Part
Under the very same roof, we also house two injection molding machines. These take high-grade ABS plastic, and turn it into around 1,000 molded pieces per hour.
This tight integration means we control every step of the process:
